Small is the new BIG!

In Small Groups you get to:
* Connect with other youth without being part of "the crowd."
* Grow more meaningfully in your faith.
* Ask your questions in a safe environment.
* Study the Bible in depth.
* Be mentored by an adult leader.
* Learn more about yourself, others and God.

We believe that smaller is BIGGER! Followers of Jesus should make Small Groups an integral part of their faith journey. It is only when we meet together to "One-Another" that we reflect our desire to be faithful to God's call in our community. In the New Testament we find "One-Another" statements that challenge us to truly live in community with one another:

Serve One Another in Love (Gal 5:13) “You, my friends, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the sinful nature; rather, serve one another in love.”

Bear with One Another in Love (Eph 4:2-3) "Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love. Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace."
Be Devoted to One Another in Love (Rom 12:10) “Be devoted to one another in (brotherly) love.”

Honor One Another Above Yourselves (Rom 12:10) “Honor one another above yourselves.”

Live in Harmony with One Another (1 Peter 3:8) “Finally, all of you, live in harmony with one another; be sympathetic, love as brothers, be compassionate and humble.”

Accept One Another (Romans 15:7) “Accept one another, the, just as Christ accepted you, in order to bring praises to God”

Be Kind and Compassionate to One Another (Eph 4:32) “Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.”

Submit to One Another (Ephesians 5:21) “Submit to one another out of reverence to Christ.”

Teach One Another (Colossians 3:16) “Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly as you teach and admonish one another with all wisdom, and as you sing psalms, hymns and spiritual songs with gratitude in your hearts to God.”

Encourage One Another (1 Thessalonians 5:11) “Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing.”

Spur One Another on Toward Love (Hebrews 10:24) “And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds.”
Offer Hospitality to One Another (1 Peter 4:9) “Offer hospitality to one another without grumbling.”

Show Humility Toward One Another (1 Peter 5:5) “Young men, in the same way be submissive to those who are older. All of you, clothe yourselves with humility toward one another, because, ‘God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble.’”

Fellowship With One Another (1 John 1:7) “But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus, his Son, purifies us from all sin.”

Confess to One Another (James 5:16) “Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed.”

Stop Judging One Another (Romans 14:13) “Therefore, let us stop passing judgment on one another. Instead, make up your mind not to put any stumbling block or obstacle in your brother’s way.”

Stop Slandering One Another (James 4:11) “Friends, do not slander one another. Anyone who speaks against his brother or judges him speaks against the law and judges it.

Love One Another (John 13:34) "A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another.
